Through its sister company Mabey & Johnson, Fairfield-Mabey is represented in over 100 countries Worldwide. The pair have jointly developed a number of different bridging systems tailored specifically for these markets including modular steel/concrete composite highway bridging systems and rapid erection steel flyovers. Plans for the future include modular railway bridge and footbridge systems. Fairfield-Mabey currently exports around 30% of its capacity per annum.
Recent successes in Worldwide markets include a number of bridges on the Santo Domingo Ring Road in the Dominican Republic, nineteen steel flyover structures in Panama City, railway bridging in Peru and various other supply contracts to the Far East, Caribbean and Latin America.
